We are currently seeking an Agile Process Facilitator to join our growing IT team in Islamabad.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile processes and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions.

As a facilitator, you will act as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently while embracing agile principles.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and communicate team metrics and progress.
  • Maintain and manage tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to support team workflows.
  • Foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum or Kanban, and experience in facilitating teams using Agile project management tools. A certification in Agile facilitation is preferred.
