Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficient storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods in our facility. This role involves optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to improve productivity and minimize losses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Management: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct periodic stock audits, and minimize discrepancies.
  • Space Utilization: Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and accessibility of products.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices for material handling, storage, and workflow optimization.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
    • Experience in warehouse automation and lean warehousing techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
