Responsibilities

  • Timely Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
  • Efficient Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Work Delegation and Team Building: Lead and motivate teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Deliver Work With Quality Control Mechanism: Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing customer relationships, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and issue escalation.
  • Negotiation and Pressure Handling Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Process and Team Building Competence: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as develop and implement process improvements.
  • Commercial and Technical KPIs: Experience meeting commercial and technical key performance indicators, including sales targets and product development deadlines.
