As a Junior Business Developer, you'll be responsible for generating business through online portals, such as Upwork, driving sales, and expanding our client base. You'll also craft and submit compelling proposals, analyze client requirements, and provide appropriate bidding solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in sales, business development, or customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the Upwork platform is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Online Sales: Generate business through online portals, drive sales, and expand our client base.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft and submit compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Clients Analysis: Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in CS/IT (preferred), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
  • Upwork Platform: Familiarity with the Upwork platform and other freelancing platforms is preferred.
