Remote Graduate Development Program

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a recent graduate with a passion for working in the tech industry to join our Remote Graduate Development Program. This one-year program aims to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to establish a professional foothold.

The program will run for 40 hours per week during the course of the year and will be fully remote. You gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand in the job market while also contributing to the overall goal of our organization.

The program provides a fantastic opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop a wide range of skills. At the end of the program, you could get the opportunity to work on a full-time basis with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate client data using a criteria map;
  • Communicate and interact with our sales team to ensure the quality of work;
  • Compile and analyze data of company sales and profitability;
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data;
  • Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve performance;
  • Find ways to constantly evolve in sales with the support of your Manager.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of sales experience;
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytical tools;
  • Solid understanding of lead generation procedures, methods, evaluation criteria, and resource planning;
  • Experience in Sales and the passion and desire to be successful at software sales;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques;
  • Knowledge or experience of software terminology for software sales is a plus.
