Drive Digital Adoption

We are seeking a skilled Digital Adoption Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of digital adoption initiatives. This role involves leveraging digital adoption platforms (DAPs) to create in-app guidance, interactive walkthroughs, and contextual support that empower users and remove friction from their digital experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that both employees and customers can successfully integrate new tools into their workflows, accelerating adoption, improving performance, and reducing barriers to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital adoption programs to drive user adoption and utilization of technology solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training via DAPs, e-learning platforms, in-person workshops, and other enablement channels.
  • Create interactive product walkthroughs, guided tours, and contextual in-app messages to drive feature discovery, reduce friction, and improve satisfaction.
  • Track key metrics, monitor platform usage, and evaluate the health of adoption programs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, HR, and IT teams to align adoption strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure a seamless user journey.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a digital adoption, change management, user enablement, or training-focused role.
  2. Proficiency in digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, Pendo, Userpilot, or similar tools.
  3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop roadmaps and execute cross-functional initiatives.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, secure buy-in, and rally stakeholders across teams.
  5. A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics to influence decision-making.
  6. Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured technical content for a variety of audiences.
  7. Familiarity with enterprise software environments and SaaS tools.
