We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end RFP process, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships to secure RFP submissions.

Responsibilities
  • RFP Process Management: Oversee the entire RFP process, ensuring timely and competitive responses that showcase our software solutions' strengths and uniqueness.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and competitor insights to drive sales growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of RFP processes and sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong technical skills, and a proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the tech sector.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
