Job Description:

The Product Owner is a key member of our Technology Product Management team. We are seeking an individual to manage the development of different products from idea to delivery, ensuring they meet business needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Clarification and Requirement Gathering
  • Gather requirements in collaboration with clients
  • Document requirements into a well-defined backlog as user stories
  • Extract granular requirement pieces for trackable progress
  • Supervise defect reporting and fixing
  • Update requirement completion progress in the tracking system
  • Define product goals, roadmap, and release plans with stakeholders
Product Backlog Management
  • Manage and own the product backlog, including sprint backlog support
  • Provide a healthy feature/project delivery forecast with team involvement
  • Ensure a well-groomed product backlog for at least two months
  • Enter requirements into a tracking system (JIRA, TFS, etc.)
  • Supervise support ticket reporting and handling
  • Ensure client responsiveness within 24 hours
  • Represent customers effectively in Scrum teams
  • Adhere to quality standards according to client requirements and organizational standards
Project/Task Reviews
  • Evaluate tasks and projects with attention to detail
  • Participate in sprint review meetings and planning, sending meeting minutes to stakeholders
  • Conduct internal UATs to ensure client expectations are met
Requirements:
  1. Strong knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience
