The front desk officer is the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing the front desk area, receiving and sorting mail, and maintaining office security.

Administrative Support

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating office databases and contact lists.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, and handle inquiries about the company's services and policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum education level of inter/graduation and 1 year experience in the same or relevant job role.

You should possess good communication skills in English & Urdu, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to handle and diffuse stressful situations, and customer-oriented attitude.
