
Front Desk and Guest Relations Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Front Desk and Guest Relations Officer with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for all guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
- Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of both incoming and outgoing emails.
- Handle scheduling and booking of meetings.
- Provide administrative support for office activities.
