Job Overview

The Manager Research and Development will lead the development of new products and technologies, working closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts and specifications.
  2. Create detailed designs and engineering drawings using computer-aided design software.
  3. Coordinate with manufacturing departments to produce parts locally or overseas.
  4. Ensure quality and performance testing of products.
  5. Develop bill of materials for production.

This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical or industrial manufacturing principles and 8-10 years of experience in research and development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical or industrial manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
