Job Title: Product Director

The role of Product Director involves leading the product development process to ensure successful project delivery.

This includes engaging with clients to understand their needs, defining client requirements, and working closely with the development team to create tailored proposals.

  • Client Engagement: Engage clients through initial consultations to understand their needs.
  • Requirement Engineering: Collaborate with clients to define their requirements clearly.
  • Proposal Development: Work closely with the development team to create proposals that meet client needs.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Project Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Kickoff and Follow-up: Conduct kickoff meetings, maintain regular communication with clients, and hold follow-up discussions to keep the project on track.

Requirements:
