Job Summary

Responsible for leading payments, receivables, liquidity market management, account management, and client advisory activities towards industry/client-specific cash management solutions for the Corporate & Investment Banking (including Banks) segment in Pakistan. Maintain relationships with the State Bank of Pakistan for ongoing conversations and contribute to commercial and regulatory projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop bespoke complex client or industry solutions through innovation, digitization, or regulatory engagement to address client or industry challenges.
  • Act as a client-oriented & trusted advisor, understanding client needs and developing solutions/products that add value and mutual benefits.
  • Provide leadership in creating an inclusive work environment, fostering growth, learning, understanding client needs, structuring solutions, and promoting innovation in payments and digital areas.
  • Drive the cash product vision and strategy within Pakistan, articulating business value for clients and stakeholders.
  • Design product lifecycle architecture, including technology, data ecosystem, processes, and governance.
  • Develop operational plans for product releases and coordinate activities across risk, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
  • Lead client needs analysis, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking to identify product gaps.
  • Generate new revenue streams through product enhancement and digitization, while improving existing revenue through efficiencies.
  • Create product commercialization plans, including launch strategies and resource planning.
  • Implement product digitization initiatives with the Transaction Banking Digital and Data team.
  • Build value propositions with digital partners to enhance client value and operational efficiency.
  • Review and manage resource capacity based on business scale and complexity.
  • Stay informed of local regulations and industry initiatives, advising proactively on regulatory, reputational, and ethical matters.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and high ethical standards.
  • Manage product risks and define pricing guidelines.
Experience

Experience in Transaction Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking preferred.
