Job Title: Senior Technology Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Manager to lead our technology operations and ensure the smooth execution of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business, overseeing the management of existing projects, handling bidding and proposal writing on freelancing platforms, coordinating client meetings and negotiations, and developing and implementing process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership skills, project management experience, impeccable English writing skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze workflows and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the business
  • Oversee the management of existing projects
  • Handle bidding and proposal writing on freelancing platforms
  • Coordinate client meetings and negotiations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency


Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have excellent English language skills, prior experience in managing PHP-based projects or similar technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel abroad if required for business purposes.
