Job Title: Solutions Architect - Cyber Security and Networking

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and defining customer needs, objectives, and business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the features and benefits of our solutions and products to customers and partners.
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations in support of company road shows and events.
  • Manage, monitor, and/or perform solution evaluations and proofs-of-concept in support of sales opportunities.
  • Develop presentation technical materials for sales presentations, proposals, and tender purposes.
  • Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Provide channel partner enablement for selected channel partners in defined territory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a customer-facing technical role, preferably in local famous IT networking distributors or system integrators.
  • Proven customer-facing skills and technical expertise to establish credibility with technical leaders.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Cyber Security, ICT Solutions, Virtualization, Data Center, IP Network, or Network Infrastructure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with strong drive, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • CCNA/CCNP/CISSP/MCSE certifications are an advantage.
