Lead AI Researcher

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our AI department, driving groundbreaking research and development in artificial intelligence and data science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advance AI Research in finance-specific LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent AI systems, hyper-personalization models, and knowledge graphs.
  • Develop Domain-Specific Models that surpass general-purpose LLMs in financial accuracy, reasoning, and predictive analytics.
  • Architect High-Performance AI Systems for real-time financial insights, forecasting, and autonomous AI agents.
  • Mentor and Manage a Team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and data scientists, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
  • Curate and Source Data to ensure robust AI model performance.
  • Design Knowledge Graphs to enhance AI-driven decision-making, structured data representation, and financial intelligence.
Requirements:
  • PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
  • Extensive Experience in LLMs, Deep Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, Knowledge Graphs, and Generative AI.
  • Strong Track Record of Research Contributions, Publications, and Patents in AI and Data Science.
  • Expertise in Data Engineering, Model Optimization, and AI Architectures for large-scale applications.
  • Deep Knowledge of Financial AI Applications, Predictive Modeling, and AI-Driven Decision Systems.
  • Proven Leadership in Managing AI Teams and driving innovative AI solutions.
