AI Research Director

About the Position:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to oversee our AI research endeavors as Head of AI Department. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to shaping the future of AI in finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive research initiatives in finance-specific LLMs, RAG, multi-agent AI systems, hyper-personalization models, and knowledge graphs.
  • Develop AI models that excel in financial accuracy, reasoning, and predictive analytics.
  • Design and implement AI systems for real-time financial insights, forecasting, and autonomous AI agents.
  • Mentor and manage a team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and data scientists.
  • Ensure high-quality data sourcing and robust AI model performance.
  • Enhance AI-driven decision-making through knowledge graphs and structured data representation.
Requirements:
  • PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in LLMs, deep learning, NLP, RL, knowledge graphs, and generative AI.
  • A strong publication and patent record in AI and Data Science.
  • Expertise in data engineering, model optimization, and AI architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of financial AI applications and predictive modeling.
  • Proven leadership in managing AI teams and driving innovation.
