Senior Creative Director

  • This role requires a visionary who can develop engaging content, supervise creative assets, and execute viral marketing strategies to boost brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing viral campaigns, creative content, and innovative strategies. They should be an expert in digital marketing, social media trends, and content virality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative marketing ideas, viral content, and creative strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Content Creation: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of engaging and high-impact content across social media and digital platforms.
  • Graphic & Visual Oversight: Supervise the graphic design team and ensure that all creatives align with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Photoshoots & Video Production: Plan and direct brand shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and storytelling for maximum engagement.
  • Trend Analysis & Implementation: Stay ahead of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging marketing techniques to keep campaigns fresh and impactful.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of creative campaigns and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Creative Lead or similar role within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing viral campaigns, creative content, and innovative strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media trends, and content virality.
  • Ability to manage and mentor creative teams, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
Salary Information:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 40k - 50k.
