Implementation Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Implementation Strategist. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key part in shaping the pre-sales process for technical engagements. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and crafting solutions will be invaluable.
This position focuses on collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, support change management, and ensure seamless implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable and able to work during US business hours to facilitate cross-time zone collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:">- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new business opportunities by delivering compelling solutions that meet client needs.
- Solution Development: Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Customer Engagement & Change Management: Work directly with clients to guide them through the change management process, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration into their fleet operations.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Sales Collateral: Collaborate with Post Sales Operations to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
- Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
