Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Implementation Strategist to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management, and support the successful implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Work directly with clients to guide them through the change management process during the implementation of telematics solutions.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or a similar field.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and how they meet business needs.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful Implementation Strategist will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
