Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and customizing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, taking into account their business needs and goals.
  • Lead Implementation Process: Lead the implementation process, including configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Develop Custom Workflows and Integrations: Develop custom workflows, plugins, custom entities, and scripts to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE, as well as integrate it with other business applications and systems.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and administrators on how to use Dynamics 365 CE effectively, offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed, and create detailed technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including implementation, customization (forms, views, workflows, plugins using C#/.NET), and system integrations via Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or custom APIs.
  • Establish, lead, and sustain Communities of Practice (CoP) and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to enable cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
