Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360, incorporating graphics, visuals, and videos with Canva to increase engagement.
  • Optimize course frameworks to meet content and learner needs, collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content.
  • Ensure quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes, incorporating interactive elements to drive learner participation.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
