E-Learning Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and impactful digital content that enhances the overall learning experience.
About this role:
- You will be responsible for designing and developing e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360, focusing on interactive and immersive experiences.
- Your expertise in Canva will help you create engaging graphics, visuals, and videos to captivate learners and increase engagement.
- You will optimize course frameworks to meet content and learner needs, ensuring quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables.
- In collaboration with stakeholders, you will gather feedback and refine content to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with instructional design models and adult learning theory is essential.
- You must have the ability to transform technical or complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
