Relationship Builder and Asset Growth Specialist

About the Role

This role is focused on building long-lasting relationships with customers to drive growth in asset sales. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for understanding the unique financial needs of clients and providing personalized assistance to meet their goals.

You will work closely with branch managers and relationship managers to develop micro-level sales and service delivery plans that align with the bank's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers, achieving sales targets while adhering to the bank's SOPs, and contributing to the profitability of the company through loan sales and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to persuade customers to choose our products. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify new selling opportunities and reviewing existing markets to ensure optimal results.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; an MBA is preferred.
  • Preferably 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Fundraising Expertise

This role requires a high level of fundraising expertise, including creating and implementing effective sales strategies, developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers, and identifying business opportunities through prospecting and evaluating industry position.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating terms and conditions of products offered to customers, conducting physical verification of prospective clients, and ensuring proactive collection and timely repayment of loans through effective communication.

Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer legal documents carefully to prevent misuse, guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter only, and avoid cash handling of customers' funds if necessary.

Results-Oriented Approach

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who can deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare weekly field activity plans and discuss deviations with the line manager, conduct monthly/quarterly customer meetings as per product programs, and book loans in compliance with bank policies, ethics, and standards.

In this role, you will also be responsible for continuously updating knowledge of products and services, seeking improvements based on feedback, and meeting internal service standards to ensure no customer complaints by adhering to the bank's fair treatment policy.
