Job Overview

Social Media Managers/Telesale Managers are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to improve marketing efforts and increase sales. They oversee Telesales teams, train junior staff, set sales targets and implement sales strategies.

About Our Role

We seek a skilled professional to develop and execute our Social Media and Telesales strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, telesales leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create effective Social Media strategies to boost marketing efforts and drive sales.
  • Lead the Telesales Team: Manage the Telesales team, providing training and guidance to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Set Realistic Targets: Set realistic sales targets and monitor progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need experience in social media management, telesales leadership, and team management. You should also be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
