Clinical Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Clinical Case Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a virtual environment, and have a strong background in clinical training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient cases and respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process patient assessments, handle diagnostics information, and liaise with international medical centers to ensure seamless care.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience through regular communication and service delivery, always prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Conduct quarterly service provider reviews and build lasting relationships to drive excellence in care.
  • Liaise with the global patient coordination team to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in a virtual environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Clinical training through working as a nurse or doctor, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Experience working with patients and ability to be trained on relevant customer relationship management software.
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications and PowerPoints, with an emphasis on data analysis and presentation.
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education preferred, with a strong foundation in clinical sciences.
  • A minimum of four years' relevant experience, with a proven ability to meet performance objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, basic technical support knowledge, and internet savvy, with the ability to work remotely and establish rapport with clients.
