We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Operations and Administration Lead at Inam Ur Rahman & Associates. The successful candidate will lead the administrative team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Inam Ur Rahman & Associates is a leading consulting firm providing marketing, management, and HR services to clients across Lahore, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and other team members.
- Fire Safety: Conduct regular inspections and maintain safety systems to prevent accidents.
- Gate Control: Manage inward and outward movements of raw materials, machinery, and company assets.
- Vehicles: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, and drivers' administration.
- Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized work environment around the factory.
- Policies: Develop and regulate organizational policies to promote efficiency and productivity.
- Resources: Manage shared resources such as meeting rooms and kitchens.
- Maintenance: Work closely with the maintenance department for construction and electrical/mechanical issues.
- Government: Liaise with government departments for services and support.
- Wastage: Implement measures to minimize rejection and wastage.
- Assets: Oversee company assets including furniture, vehicles, telephones, and air conditioners.
- Guests: Address guest-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Labour: Handle labour welfare matters, including milk, tea, and uniform distribution.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leadership roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational procedures and ability to develop process improvements.
