
Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and meeting sales targets in the assigned area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit sales management and payment recovery processes. They will possess excellent leadership, team management, and coaching abilities, as well as outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales executives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure timely processing of credit applications.
- Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any payment-related issues.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of credit sales management and payment recovery processes.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
