Job Title: Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a medical facility. This includes managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols, and maintaining high standards of professionalism within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the medical centre, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality records, promoting discipline and accountability among staff members.
  • Review patient histories, update records, and verify adherence to medical policies and procedures, including referrals, sick leaves, and record keeping.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments of medical professionals, providing constructive feedback to enhance clinical standards.
  • Visit hospitals to evaluate quality of care, authenticate patient identities, and ensure adherence to disease protocols.
  • Maintain open communication with treating doctors, discussing diagnosis, investigations, treatment plans, and discharge advice for patients.
  • Submit monthly reports detailing cases visited, results of visits, and actual status of planned visits.
  • Respond to urgent calls for specific visits and investigations as directed by the In-charge.

Requirements:

  • MBBS degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Preference given to candidates with MCPS qualifications.
