Job Purpose:

To manage assigned territory by implementing effective sales strategies, handling distributors, and achieving assigned targets.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  1. Develop targets for key accounts within the allocated region and meet regularly with customers to track, monitor, and report on performance against agreed targets.
  2. Work closely with the Country BDM and Sales Support team to contribute to the route-to-market strategy for target customers.

Customer Engagement:

  1. Establish strong relationships with key customers across the allocated region to identify opportunities and address concerns.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for key customers to assist in resolving issues and collecting payments.

Product Knowledge and Support:

  1. Work closely with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
  2. Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates to ensure availability of quality products in the market.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

  1. Identify and expand NFL's presence in underserved markets using market intelligence.
  2. Track, monitor, and report on actual spend for the allocated region with details of any variances against regional budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  2. Business orientation to develop and implement sales strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Background Requirements:

  1. Graduate degree from a recognized university.
  2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
