As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee the maintenance of records on our General Ledger (ERP) system, ensuring timely updates and accurate reconciliations. Your expertise will also be utilized in processing monthly payroll for executives and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain records on General Ledger (ERP) related to management and non-management, ensuring timely updates and authorization.
  2. Obtain and verify data on salaries, allowances, and employee earnings from respective user departments and locations.
  3. Liaise with human resources and other departments for payroll-related clarifications and explanations.
  4. Supervise activities related to inter-department transfers and location transfers, authorizing necessary changes in payroll records.
  5. Monitor income tax deductions at source and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  6. Determine bonus entitlements and ensure that incentives comply with company rules as per agreed charter.
  7. Review and evaluate court orders, making payments accordingly based on succession certificates.
  8. Review payroll summaries and reconciliations, arranging for approval and liaising with concerned departments.
  9. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks under your management.
