Customer Support Manager

The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of customers from the US/UK Region.

This includes analyzing customer data to improve their experience and contribute to sustainable business growth.

A key responsibility is providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and answering calls professionally, thus offering solutions to the customer.

The manager must plan and initiate strategic processes to handle customers on various E-commerce Platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and others.

Leading the entire Customer Support Team, suggesting ways, and providing timely feedback for enhancing customer experience is essential.

The manager must also solve complexities related to a Customer Case and provide the best possible solutions.

Improving retention rates and acquiring new customers leading to revenue growth are crucial objectives.

Fostering a positive work environment and motivating the team to achieve desired objectives by identifying gaps and suggesting improvements are vital aspects of this role.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support Management.
  • Experience in E-Commerce Sales and Strategy planning is mandatory.
  • Detailed knowledge about major e-commerce models like dropship and retail arbitrage along with Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL.
  • A self-starter who seeks challenges with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
