Role Summary

Purchasing Expertise Required

The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the catering and hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily purchasing operations to ensure efficient processes.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain a stable supply chain.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier diversification.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize pricing and payment terms.
  • Oversee inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Awareness of ISO procedures and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
