We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to drive excellence in procurement processes, ensuring the site's overall performance is enhanced. This role will lead the implementation of new processes and guarantee compliance with global procurement standards.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain/procurement – in pharma or FMCG.">

  • Proven supplier relationship management skills.">
  • Expertise in procurement category management and sourcing.">
  • Risk management skills.">
  • Proficiency in technology: Power BI, SAP, Ariba, and other e-procurement tools.">

  3. Implementing global procurement processes, policies, and guidelines locally.">
  4. Managing interfaces between procurement and the site, balancing expectations.">
  5. Ensuring site requirements are considered in global category strategies.">
  6. Accountable for indirect and CAPEX procurement across three manufacturing sites.">
  7. Developing and managing the site supply base to meet GSK's requirements.">
  8. Negotiating contracts for specific categories.">
  9. Influencing OPEX through best procurement practices.">
  10. Balancing strategic and operational requirements.">
