Job Summary

This role involves managing sales tax-related matters with public institutions, examining financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy of records involving money.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all types of sales tax management matters to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Handle sales tax-related matters with public institutions both within and outside the organization.
  • Examine financial transactions of individuals and companies to identify potential tax issues.
  • Ensure accuracy of all records involving money, including tax forms and financial management procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a public accounting firm with at least two years of tax specialization.
  • A university degree in business or accounting is required for this position.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
  • Two years of senior-level experience in tax or previous managerial experience are highly valued.
  • A thorough understanding of relevant tax legislation and corporate tax compliance and planning is necessary.
