Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Planning and Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of tax planning, compliance, preparation, and adherence to tax laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Planning: Developing efficient tax strategies, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, and providing guidance on tax-related matters.
  • Tax Compliance and Regulations: Preparing and filing tax returns, keeping abreast of changes in tax laws, and collaborating with various departments to optimize tax policies.
  • Tax Preparation and Filing: Ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns and handling any tax-related issues that may arise.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Tax Planning: Strong understanding of tax planning principles and ability to develop effective tax strategies.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Tax Compliance and Regulations: In-depth knowledge of local and international tax regulations and laws.
  • Experience in Tax Preparation and Filing: Proven track record of preparing and filing tax returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex tax data, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Relevant Field: A degree in accounting or a related field is required, with CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
