About Us

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Instrumentation Design Specialist to join our organization. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lahore.

  • The successful candidate will review process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure they meet safety and control requirements.
  • He/She will create instrument indexes based on P&IDs and assist designers with cable block diagrams, routing, equipment layouts, and termination drawings.
  • The specialist will prepare input/output lists concerning instrument indexes, processes, and control system design requirements.
  • He/She will prepare and review instrument data sheets and wiring diagrams.
  • The specialist will also review loop drawings and installation, operation, and maintenance manuals of instruments.
  • Other key responsibilities include developing specifications for field instruments, control systems, valves, and other related items.
  • The specialist will review and approve vendor documents for instrumentation and conduct technical clarification review meetings with clients.
  • Additionally, he/she will perform technical bid evaluations and conduct kick-off meetings with successful bidders.
  • The successful candidate will liaise with internal disciplines and prepare material requisitions (MRs) and purchase requisitions (PRs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and at least 5-10 years of experience in front-end engineering design (FEED) and detail engineering within the Oil and Gas sector.

  • Strong expertise in engineering design is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
