About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative functions, including policy implementation, staff supervision, and office operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Implementing new policies and procedures to maintain office discipline and decorum
- Supervising support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Managing transportation and ensuring smooth logistics
- Coordinating with stakeholders to arrange security, inventory management, and asset protection
- Developing and implementing safety and emergency procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in administration, preferably in a senior role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
