Job Opportunity:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver top-notch software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to improve test coverage, release velocity, and production health within development teams.
  • Design and implement test harnesses and infrastructure as necessary.
  • Contribute to both automated and manual testing efforts to ensure comprehensive quality coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Good knowledge of SQL programming and database concepts.
  • Functional knowledge of HTML, C#, XML, and JMeter.
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and data-driven testing.
  • Solid understanding of quality control processes and tools like TFS.
  • IT healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
  • O/A Levels background will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with white box testing and grey box testing.
  • Experience with quality management systems and ISMS compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
