Deputy Manager Quality Assurance

To ensure the highest level of quality in our production processes, we are seeking a Deputy Manager Quality Assurance who can take charge of minimizing quality inspection wastages and customer complaints. This role requires strong coordination with sales and marketing to meet customer satisfaction regarding quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analytical work and hands-on experience with High Tech Instruments such as Gas Chromatograph (GC), Viscobath. Additionally, they should be able to lead and motivate a working team with a high sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, quality manuals, and quality operational guidelines.
  • Devise analytical testing methods for LAN processes standardization.
  • Analyze process streams for in-process control and smooth plant operation.
  • Provide technical support to production and utilities departments for process conformances and validation through in-process checks and control.
Requirements:
  • M.Sc Chemistry/B.Sc Chemistry with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in the Quality Assurance Department of a manufacturing industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical work.
  • Hands-on experience with High Tech Instruments.
  • Able to lead and motivate a working team.
