Lead Unity Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Unity Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unity development and leadership skills to guide the technical implementation of game projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the team. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient systems.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and producers to align technical solutions with creative visions.
  • Development and Optimization: Write, test, and maintain high-quality, performant C# code. Optimize games for performance across multiple platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile.
  • Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges during the game development lifecycle. Research and implement emerging technologies and trends in gaming.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least 5 years using Unity.
  • Proven track record of shipping multiple high-quality games on different platforms.
  • Expert-level proficiency in C# and Unity.
  • Strong understanding of 3D mathematics, physics, and rendering pipelines.
  • Familiarity with multiplayer systems, networking, and backend integration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with asset pipelines and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables in an agile development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
