Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Infrastructure Specialist to install, maintain and troubleshoot computer networks. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong technical expertise to join our team in delivering high-quality network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of network racks, cables, switches, routers, WIFI routers and Access points is a critical task that requires attention to detail and a solid understanding of network architecture.
  • Troubleshooting network-related issues and responding to queries in a timely manner is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our networks.
  • Tracking and maintaining passive network inventory and performing network device registration (tagging) and documentation is crucial for effective network management.
  • Coordinating with vendors for network installation and maintenance projects requires strong communication and project management skills.
  • On-site diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of network or connectivity problems demands a proactive and analytical approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Intermediate/DAE or equivalent in Computer Sciences with 2 to 3 years of related work experience is required for this position.
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.
