  • Analyze sales performance metrics to refine and optimize sales strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the electrical cable industry.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
