Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors in their assigned area. They will develop sales strategies tailored to the local market, requiring approval from the regional manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Building Relationships: Foster positive relationships with distributors to establish mutual trust and cooperation.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Create effective sales strategies for your region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  3. Territory Visits: Conduct regular visits to your designated area, collaborating closely with Territory Sales Officers/Supervisors (TSO/TSM) to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  5. Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to concerned managers and the head office on a timely basis, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
  6. Conflict Resolution: Address any issues arising with distributors promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  7. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a team of order bookers in each town within your area, promoting a culture of excellence and high performance.
