Job Title: Key Account Growth Manager

Job Description

  • Achieve new business growth with healthy commercial prospects in their respective zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for city-wide client accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with all account holders in the portfolio.
  • Analyze upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Responsible for monthly growth of assigned accounts.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present reports on commercial metrics, operational metrics, product mix, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly & quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Develop exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships & co-branding activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering the strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support and deploying processes & tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Pakistan.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to take ownership of the function.
  • At least 2 - 3 years' experience in the relevant field.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven individual.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
  • Driven and ambitious individual.
  • Proactive and able to lead independent projects.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
