The Role of a Contract Specialist

As a Contract Specialist, you will play a crucial part in the management of contracts, focusing on compliance with local and international laws. Your duties will include drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as conducting research on regulatory changes related to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.

You will assist senior legal staff in dispute resolution and contribute to the development of corporate governance policies. Your role will also involve conducting basic legal risk assessments and presenting findings to senior legal staff for decision-making.

This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to have excellent presentation and organizational skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • L.L.B. / L.L.M with 2+ years of transaction/corporate experience (1 year of litigation experience with a law firm is preferred)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work during the U.S shift
