Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Floor Manager at our organization.

  • Client Service: Ensure that clients receive excellent service, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Appointment Management: Effectively book and manage client appointments, minimizing wait times and maximizing efficiency.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing window displays that showcase our services and products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure optimal availability.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on cleanliness and facilities, reporting any issues to management for prompt resolution.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of sales and pending amounts.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform various tasks as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management in English.
  • Computer Literacy: Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Stress Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Cultural Competence: Show respect and tolerance for diverse cultures, fostering a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least one year of experience in a similar role or within the beauty industry.
