We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Project Implementation Support.

This position involves coordinating and supporting livestock-related interventions in Balochistan, ensuring the effective implementation of activities such as equipment distribution and capacity building in line with FAO standards and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective monitoring of the workplan to guarantee the timely delivery of all expected outputs and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, or operational challenges, and support the development of mitigation measures in coordination with relevant units.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, lessons learned documentation, and the capitalization of good practices to inform future interventions.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication among programme, operations, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning), communication, administration, finance, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure coherent and timely project implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Agricultural engineering diploma in Agriculture or Livestock Sciences.
  • One to four years of relevant experience in project implementation in livestock/agriculture/rural development programmes.
  • Working knowledge of English is required.
