Job Title: Planning Budgeting and Financial Analysis Manager - Rapid

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Budgeting and Financial Analysis Manager - Rapid to join our team. This role involves supporting the development of financial models for various scenarios to assess impacts of different levers.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and numeracy skills with high accuracy, as well as strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide credible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the PBFA cycle and SL performance KPIs.
  • Conduct data analysis on large datasets to provide leadership insights on performance and profitability, aiding business decisions.
  • Support operations in root cause analysis of variances and identify solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Finance degree or qualified accountant.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Innovative, confident, and quick decision-maker.
