Customer Experience Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Additionally, you will attend briefings to understand flight details, roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
Key responsibilities include instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying safety and security risks, administering first aid when necessary, and reporting irregularities and malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as appropriate. You will also welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities, record necessary data in the aircraft logbook, provide excellent service by attending to passenger requests and needs, and promote onboard revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to company policies and procedures, and possess excellent communication skills.
